It is not new that the education is a bit expensive, nowadays, that is why students have to resort to different lenders, who will give them a certain amount of money, so that they will have the opportunity to receive higher education.
However, after a small investigation in this sphere, it turned out that almost 90% of all the student loans are lent by one and the same lender. The reason for it is considered to be scarce variety of college loan lenders, since universities and colleges are not ready to work with different lenders. They have used to this one and they do not want to change for another.
This resulted in the fact that there appears a monopolist in this sphere, which is not very good for developing of other businesses and for the borrowers themselves. Frankly speaking a monopolist can do whatever he or she wants ranging from the raise of interties rates to their variability.
Nevertheless, the Government now is trying to change the situation, but this is a bit difficult task, since it will take hours of work. The specialists should prepare certain databases of lenders that will help the students choose from this list the one, which will best suit their needs and requirements.
